What's included in ongoing support, and what's billed separately
Once your site is live, three different arrangements apply, and they're easy to mix up: the revision period that comes with every package, the optional ongoing-care subscription, and ordinary one-off jobs. On top of that there are fees that never pass through us at all, because you pay them straight to the providers.
Fees you pay to providers
Your domain and hosting are bought in your name, so you are the one with an agreement with the domain registrar and the hosting company. You pay them according to their price list (Cloudflare hosting is usually free for a site like yours), and the renewal invoice comes from them, not from us. The same goes for mailboxes on your domain, if you have them — you pay the subscription directly to the email provider. You can read why we set things up this way in Who owns the site.
An SSL certificate (the padlock next to the address) is standard in every package and doesn't need to be bought separately.
The revision period after launch
Every package has a revision period counted from the day the site goes live: 14 days for Business Card, 30 days for Professional and 60 days for Expert (the last one with priority). During that time we fix bugs — things that should work according to the agreed design but don't — free of charge, and we also make content changes free of charge: an updated service description, a new phone number, a swapped photo. It's a good moment to click through the whole site carefully and report anything that looks off.
How to tell a bug from a new idea is covered in Bug or new feature?
Ongoing care — an optional subscription
After the revision period you can, but don't have to, sign up for ongoing care. It's a separate service, not part of any package. On bbdigital.pl/cennik we describe it as updates, backups, small changes and technical support, from 199 PLN a month. The current terms are always in the price list, or just ask us.
Without ongoing care
The site works exactly the same. The only difference is how changes get made. If your package includes the content panel, you change text, photos or prices yourself in the panel. Everything else, including fixing a fault that shows up after the revision period, you order from us one job at a time. We quote each of those jobs individually, at our current hourly rate: first we look at the scope and tell you what it will cost, then we get to work.
What we always quote separately
New features, extra pages, another language version, a redesign or a restructuring of the content — that's growing the site, not maintaining it. Some of these have a fixed price in the add-ons list (an extra page, for example, or a Booksy integration); the rest we quote individually. Running a dental practice and want a page for a new service? That's a separate job, even during the revision period.
