How do I add or edit a team member

Before someone books an appointment or signs a contract, they often want to see the face of the person they'll be dealing with. The team section on your About page is there for exactly that. In the panel it's the Team Member (Członek zespołu) list, so you add each person as a separate entry.

Name and position

Both fields are required: "Full name" (Imię i nazwisko) and "Position / Role" (Stanowisko / Rola). Without either of them, the panel won't let you publish the entry. The position can be a professional title or a description of the role — "lek. dent." (dentist), "radca prawny" (legal counsel), "business coach", "front desk and patient care". Both texts appear on the person's card, just below the photo.

Portrait photo

The panel gives a hint next to this field: a portrait photo in a 3:4 ratio, e.g. 600 × 800 pixels, no landscape shots. A head-and-shoulders shot, with the face in the upper part of the frame, works best.

That hint has a concrete reason behind it. On the card, the site shows the photo in a 3:4 portrait frame and always pushes it up against the top edge. If you upload a photo in other proportions, the excess gets cut off at the bottom or the sides. The hotspot — the point of interest you set on other photos — has no effect on the framing here. The rectangle crop does work, though: if there's too much background above someone's head, crop it in the panel and it'll look right.

If your team has just one person, the site shows them differently: the photo in full, with no frame, and the bio next to it. You can read more about where the site crops photos and where it doesn't in how to upload and crop photos.

The card still shows without a photo — a large first letter of the person's name takes its place. A team member's photo has no alt text field; the site describes it with the person's name.

Bio

"Bio" (Biografia) is a short text about the person's experience, education or specialty. You write it in the text editor with the full set of tools (how to use the text editor), but on the card two or three short paragraphs without headings look best. Team members don't have a page of their own — the whole bio fits on their card on the About page, so a long CV will stretch the card and throw the grid out of line.

Display order

Just like with services, the number in the "Display order" field (Kolejność wyświetlania) decides who appears first — a lower number means an earlier spot, and people without a number go to the end. The owner of a practice or firm usually puts themselves first, but that's entirely your call.

Team Member has no SEO tab, because it doesn't have its own page.
