Bug or new feature?
When something on your site starts acting up, or you simply want it to do more, the first question we ask ourselves is: is this a bug, or is it something new? The answer decides who pays for it and when — so we always sort it out before we start any work.
What's included in ongoing support, and what's billed separately
Once your site is live, three different arrangements apply, and they're easy to mix up: the revision period that comes with every package, the optional ongoing-care subscription, and ordinary one-off jobs. On top of that there are fees that never pass through us at all, because you pay them straight to the providers.
The site isn't working — what do I do?
Your site suddenly won't open, or looks different than it should — before you start to worry, most of the time this sorts itself out in a few minutes, even before you get in touch with us.
