Packages — what each one includes
We have three packages: Business Card (Wizytówka), Professional (Profesjonalny) and Expert (Ekspercki). The most important difference between them isn't the look, but who changes the content after launch — you, in the panel, or us, at your request. This article describes what each one includes. Current prices for packages and add-ons are always in the price list on bbdigital.pl, so we don't repeat them here.
What every package includes
Whichever you choose, you get a site with a contact form, technically prepared for search engines (speed, heading structure, descriptions), and with an SSL certificate — the padlock next to the address. The content comes from you: we don't write it, but we prepare the template it goes into, and what the site says and how it looks is always your decision. In every package the domain and hosting are bought in your name and billed at the provider's cost, and after launch there's a revision period during which we fix bugs and make content changes free of charge.
Business Card
A package for someone who practises on their own and needs a first, solid presence online. It's a single-page site (a so-called one-pager) without an editing panel — we make content changes for you, and Changes to your site without the panel explains how to request them. You set up the domain and hosting yourself using our guide, Domain and hosting, step by step; if you'd rather hand that off, you can add the "Domain and hosting setup" add-on. Revision period: 14 days.
Professional
The package we recommend most often, especially if you run a team. The site can have up to 10 pages, and the price includes the content panel, where you change text, photos or prices yourself, plus an editable client-reviews section. At launch we always offer free training on using the panel. We configure the domain and hosting for you. On top of that, you pick two add-ons from the pool that are included in the package price. Revision period: 30 days.
Expert
For a business that wants everything from the start. The number of pages isn't limited, the content panel and training are of course included, we configure the domain and hosting for you just as in Professional, and all standard add-ons from the pool are included in the price. Expert also includes two things the other packages don't have as standard: a site in two languages, Polish and English (you or your translator prepare the translation), and setting up email on your own domain — though you pay the mailbox subscription to the email provider yourself (see Email on your own domain). The revision period is 60 days, and your requests get priority.
Add-ons
Features that aren't part of a package you pick individually from the add-ons list: Booksy bookings, a ZnanyLekarz booking button, an online booking calendar, a blog or news section, another language version, a Google rating badge in the testimonials section, a Google map, extra pages, email on your own domain, and domain and hosting setup. Some of them, the blog for example, require the content panel, so they can't be added to Business Card — we tell you that before we quote, and the price list shows what's available in which package. A cookie consent banner isn't part of any package either. If you need one, we can create an account with a tool such as Cookiebot or CookieFirst and configure the banner, but the tool's subscription is always paid by you — more in GDPR and cookies.
Ongoing care for the site isn't part of any package. It's an optional subscription, described in What's included in ongoing support, and what's billed separately.
