Domain changes after launch
A domain isn't a set-and-forget setting. As your business grows, you'll often need to add a new email address, set up a separate address for a new tool, or change some technical setting — and all of that can be done without moving the site or starting over.
Google Business Profile and reviews
Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is the panel of information about your business that shows up on the right side of Google search results or on Google Maps — with your address, opening hours, photos, and customer reviews. It's a completely different place from your website, but just as important, especially for businesses clients visit in person: a practice, a law firm, or a studio where you run classes.
Working with an SEO or marketing agency
We build websites, but we don't run ad campaigns or search engine positioning ourselves. That's a different job — watching bids every day, testing ads, analysing competitors — and we leave it to people who do it full time. So if you're thinking about Google Ads, or about showing up higher in search results, a marketing agency comes into play: your own, or the one we recommend.
Growing your site — pages, languages, integrations
The site we launch isn't closed for good. A year in, you want online booking, or an English version for clients from abroad? We add it as a single add-on, without rebuilding the whole site and without moving up to a higher package. Add-on prices are fixed and public — you'll find them in the price list on bbdigital.pl. Below we describe how each of them works in practice.
Website accessibility — what's on us, and what's on you
Some people visiting your site can't see the images, because they use a screen reader that reads the page aloud. Others enlarge the text, move around with the keyboard instead of a mouse, or browse on a small phone in bright sunlight. Accessibility means making sure each of them can find your phone number and book a visit. Part of that work we do while building the site; part of it depends on how you fill in the content afterwards.
How to request a new feature or page
A site rarely stays finished on launch day — new ideas tend to come up over time: a pricing page worth expanding, a form for booking a consultation, a calendar for scheduling appointments, a separate page for a new service. If you already know you're dealing with something new rather than a fix for something that stopped working (that distinction is covered in Bug or new feature?), here's the best way to let us know.
