How do I navigate the panel?

The first time you log in to the panel, you'll see a column on the left headed Content (Treść), with a list of items that, at first glance, can blur into one long list. There's actually a simple logic behind it, and once it clicks, it stays clicked.

The panel itself is in Polish, so throughout this guide we give each item's English name followed by the exact Polish label you'll see on screen.

The top of the list: pages you only have once

Right at the top of the menu, before the first divider, you'll find the items that correspond to the fixed parts of your site — the ones that only ever exist as a single copy:

  • Site Settings (Ustawienia witryny) — company name, logo, favicon, social media links and default SEO
  • Homepage (Strona główna) — the big heading, subtitle and featured services
  • About Page (Strona "O nas") — the subtitle and the introduction above your team
  • Services Page (Strona usług) — SEO only, because the site builds the services list from your individual services
  • Contact Details (Dane kontaktowe) — address, phone, email, opening hours, map location
  • Gallery Page (Strona galerii) — SEO only; this item only appears if your site has a gallery

Clicking any of them opens the editing form right away. There's no in-between step like "choose which document" — everything in this group exists only once.

Below the first divider are two items: Terms of Service (Regulamin) and Privacy Policy (Polityka prywatności). They work just like the pages above — each exists once and opens its form right away — but they get their own section, because their content comes from your lawyer rather than from your offering. We cover how to fill them in under how do I update my terms of service and privacy policy.

Below the second divider: lists you build up

Below the second divider, the last part of the menu begins — items that hold not a single document but a whole collection. You'll always find Service (Usługa) and Team Member (Członek zespołu) here. If your site uses them, Blog Post (Wpis na blogu), News Item (Aktualność), Testimonial (Opinia) and Gallery Photo (Zdjęcie w galerii) join them.

Clicking one of these doesn't open an editing form straight away — it opens a list of every existing entry of that type. From there you pick the specific entry to change, or add a new one with the plus button above the list.

Your menu may look a little different

Exactly what you see in the menu depends on which features we've switched on for your site. A dental practice without a blog simply won't see "Blog Post" (Wpis na blogu), and a law firm without a gallery won't see the two gallery items. That's completely normal. If you expect to see an item and it isn't there, it's almost certainly not a fault — just a feature we haven't switched on for you yet. Just get in touch with us about it.

Before you start changing anything, it's worth getting a closer look at the difference between pages you only have once and lists of entries — head over to One page, or a list of entries?.
