Growing your site — pages, languages, integrations

The site we launch isn't closed for good. A year in, you want online booking, or an English version for clients from abroad? We add it as a single add-on, without rebuilding the whole site and without moving up to a higher package. Add-on prices are fixed and public — you'll find them in the price list on bbdigital.pl. Below we describe how each of them works in practice.

More pages

Each package has its own scope: Business Card is a single-page site, Professional fits up to 10 pages, and Expert has no limit. Extra pages beyond that scope can be added one at a time.

In packages with the panel, some pages are created without us anyway. When you add a new service in the panel, it automatically gets its own page with a photo and description — see How to add or change a service. A blog or news section is a separate add-on that needs the content panel, because you publish the posts there yourself.

A second language version

The Expert package includes the site in Polish and English. In the other packages a second language is an add-on, and each further language is charged separately.

If you have the content panel, every piece of content gets separate tabs for each language: you fill in the Polish version, switch to English and enter the translation. The translations always come from you or your translator. We aren't a translation agency and we don't translate content, the Expert package included — we put finished texts in both languages on the site, or you enter them in the panel. Language versions also get their own addresses, for example /pl/uslugi and /en/services.

One practical tip: it's best to decide on a second language before the site launches. Adding it later is possible, but it means moving the existing content into a new structure, so it's more work.

Integrations

The integrations added most often are appointment-booking tools and Google-related elements:

  • Booksy bookings — if you already use Booksy, we connect it to the site so clients can book a visit without leaving it
  • ZnanyLekarz — if you have a profile there, we add a button that leads straight to your booking calendar
  • Online booking — a simple calendar where clients see your free slots and pick one themselves; it works well for consultations with lawyers, therapists and advisers
  • Google Map — an interactive map with directions on the contact page
  • Google rating — a badge in the testimonials section showing your business's average Google rating, linking to your Google Maps profile; it doesn't pull the number of reviews or individual reviews, and we configure it separately for each site (more in Google Business Profile and reviews)

Integrations run on your own accounts with these services, so to connect them we need access to those accounts, or at least a link to your profile. An idea that isn't on this list, such as a CRM integration, we quote individually.
