How do I navigate the panel?
The first time you log in to the panel, you'll see a column on the left headed Content (Treść), with a list of items that, at first glance, can blur into one long list. There's actually a simple logic behind it, and once it clicks, it stays clicked.
One page, or a list of entries?
This is the single most important rule behind the whole panel, so let's slow down here more than anywhere else. Every item in the menu belongs to one of two kinds, and mixing them up is behind most of the questions we get from clients.
How do I save and publish changes?
The panel saves your work as you go, so you don't need to worry about losing what you've typed. That doesn't mean every keystroke goes straight onto the site your clients see, though. There's a real difference between "saved" and "published", and after publishing there's a short wait on top — both are worth understanding from your first day in the panel.
How do I fill in the SEO tab?
Open most documents in the panel and you'll notice two tabs at the top of the form: Content (Treść) and SEO. The first is the text and photos visible on the page. The second controls how that page shows up in Google search results and on the browser tab — and while none of your clients will ever see it directly, it's often what decides whether they find you at all.
How do I use the text editor?
Short fields, like a service's title or a phone number, you fill in just by typing. Longer pieces of text open in a different, richer editor that works much like Word or Google Docs. You'll come across it in several places in the panel, and it doesn't offer exactly the same tools everywhere.
How do I upload and crop photos?
A photo field in the panel looks modest — a box with an "Upload" (Prześlij) button, or a thumbnail that's already in place. Behind it, though, are three things worth knowing before you add your first photo: the crop, the point that must always stay in frame, and alt text.
How do I change my company name, logo, and social media
We're starting a new set of guides — this time going in order, document by document, the way they're arranged in the menu on the left of your panel. If you don't yet know your way around the panel at all, take a look at navigating the panel first — here we'll assume you've already been there.
How do I edit my homepage
Before anyone reads a word about what you offer, they'll see two lines at the very top of your homepage — a big heading and a subtitle under it. That's your first impression in its purest form, so it's worth making it concrete: what you do and who for, not just something that sounds nice.
How do I edit my About page
Your About page is often the moment a potential client decides whether to trust you. For a practice, a law firm or a coaching business, it's one of the most visited pages — people want to know who they'll be dealing with before they even pick up the phone.
How do I update my contact details
Your address, phone number and opening hours are what visitors reach for first — often before they read anything else on the site. So it's worth keeping them up to date, especially since this is one of those sections that's easy to forget during seasonal changes.
Where do contact form messages go
The form on your Contact page is the only part of your site that sends something rather than just displaying it. That's why it works a little differently from everything else, and why you can't set it up in the content panel. This guide explains the route a message takes, where the address it's delivered to is stored, and what to check if messages stop arriving.
How do I update my terms of service and privacy policy
Links to your terms of service and privacy policy sit in the footer, on every page of your site. Hardly anyone reads them cover to cover, but when someone does click, they should land on the current text — not on the message "Treść strony nie została jeszcze dodana" ("The page content hasn't been added yet"). That's exactly what a visitor sees for as long as the document in the panel is empty.
How do I add or edit a service
Your services are usually the part of the site that decides whether a client picks up the phone. Unlike pages such as About or the homepage, you normally have several services, or a dozen or more — which is why in the panel Service (Usługa) is a list of entries rather than a single document (more on that difference in one page, or a list of entries?).
How do I add or edit a team member
Before someone books an appointment or signs a contract, they often want to see the face of the person they'll be dealing with. The team section on your About page is there for exactly that. In the panel it's the Team Member (Członek zespołu) list, so you add each person as a separate entry.
How do I add a blog post
This guide only applies if your site has a blog — not every site we build uses one. If you're not sure, check the menu on the left of the panel: if you can see "Blog Post" (Wpis na blogu) there, this guide is for you.
How do I add a news item
You'll only need this guide if your site has a news section — not every site does. If you don't see a "News Item" (Aktualność) entry in the panel menu, feel free to skip it.
How do I add a customer testimonial
This guide only matters if your site has a client testimonials section — not every project uses one. You'll know by the Testimonial (Opinia) item in the panel menu.
How do I add photos to the gallery
A treatment room after renovation, a training room, a photographer's best work — sometimes a few good photos say more than a paragraph of description. That's what the gallery is for: a separate page at yourbusiness.pl/galeria, with a grid of square thumbnails that open up enlarged when clicked.
