Changes to your site without the panel
From next month you're seeing patients on Saturdays too, and you want the opening hours on your site to show it. The Business Card package doesn't include a panel for editing the site yourself, so we make changes like this for you. All you need to do is describe it well.
How to request a change
Message us through the contact channel we agreed on when signing the contract. It goes fastest when the message has everything we need without follow-up questions: where on the site the change should go (ideally a screenshot with the spot marked), what it says now, and what it should say afterwards. Paste the new text in full, exactly as it should appear — that way there's no risk of us getting something wrong while rewriting it from a description.
If the change involves a photo, attach the file in the best quality you have, as an attachment rather than pasted into the body of the email. Several small changes are best collected into one message.
What it costs
That depends mostly on when you ask. During the revision period after launch (14 days for Business Card) we make changes free of charge. That covers both things that differ from what we agreed, such as a typo or a wrongly entered phone number, and new content — those Saturday hours, a new price or an extra service in the description.
After that, it comes down to whether you have ongoing care. If you do, small content changes are covered by it. Without it, we quote each change individually, at our current hourly rate: we assess the scope, tell you what it will cost, and make the change once you approve. The details are in What's included in ongoing support, and what's billed separately.
Bigger changes
A new section, an extra page, or a new feature such as online booking is growing the site. Some of these additions have a fixed price in the add-ons list, and some, like a blog, need the content panel. For an overview of what's possible, see Growing your site.
Have a change to request right now? A screenshot, the old text, the new text — and you're ready to send.
